What does Triple do?
We find, train and manage dedicated virtual assistants for growing US businesses. We work out the role with you, match an experienced VA, train them on how you work, and keep checking in so the work runs smoothly.
How quickly can I get started?
Most VAs are matched in 1–3 days. You still interview them and choose, so you don't spend months fixing the wrong hire.
What if I don't know what to hand off yet?
That's where we start. On the planning call we look at where your time and your team's time goes, and plan the role with you. No job description needed.
Do I get to interview my VA?
Yes. We shortlist VAs who fit the role, and you meet them before anyone starts.
Can I hire a VA for a one-time project?
No. Triple VAs are dedicated team members, so we work with clients on an ongoing, monthly basis.
Pricing & billing
How much does a Triple VA cost?
$1,999 a month for a full-time VA (40 hours a week) and $1,099 a month for part-time (20 hours a week). Teams of 5+ get custom pricing.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
No. There are no setup, onboarding, training or maintenance fees. The monthly fee covers everything.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are monthly. Paying quarterly saves 3%, and paying half-yearly saves 5%.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade with one month's notice.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Your VA is dedicated to you, so their hours are reserved for you each month.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If you're not happy with the service or your VA in the first 7 days, you get a full refund.
Your VA
Who are Triple VAs?
Graduates with 3+ years' experience who pass a five-step interview, score 90% or more on our assessments, pass background and reference checks, and complete four weeks of training.
What hours do they work?
Your hours. Triple VAs work any US time zone, from Eastern to Pacific. Full-time VAs can cover extended hours, up to 24/7, by arrangement.
Do I need to train my VA?
No. We learn your tools and processes, train your VA on them and write it all down as SOPs. You just tell us how you like things done.
How do I track their work?
Your VA sends an end-of-day report, and our operations manager checks the work against what we agreed and sends you a simple progress update.
What if my VA isn't the right fit?
We replace them, free, and you don't pay while the new person is trained.
What happens when my VA is on leave?
We keep your processes documented so work stays covered. Teams of 5+ VAs get a trained backup VA at no extra cost.
Security
How do you keep my business data safe?
Every VA signs an NDA and passes background and reference checks. They only get the access they need, work over a business VPN, and lose access within 24 hours if they leave.
Where is my data stored?
In your systems. VAs work inside your tools through a secure connection, never on personal devices.
What if something goes wrong?
Any suspected issue is reported to you within 24 hours, with a written account of what we did.
