Who we are

Triple ("Triple", "we", "us") provides dedicated remote virtual assistants to businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.gotriple.io (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email sales@gotriple.io.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, for example when you fill in our "Get matched" or contact forms, book a call, or apply for a role:

Contact details you enter in our enquiry form: your name, work email address, phone number and company website.
Details about your business and needs that you enter in the enquiry form, such as your team size and the tasks you want help with, plus any message you send us.
If you apply for a job, your CV and the information you include in your application.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site:

Usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, how you interact with pages and time spent on the site.
Campaign information such as the ad or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM parameters and Google Ads click identifiers).

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and book a discovery call with you.
To plan and match a virtual assistant for you.
To provide, manage and improve our services and the site.
To understand which pages and campaigns are working, and to measure our advertising.
To send you information about our services that you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
To review job applications.
To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to measure how our ads perform.

When you submit a form on the site, a hashed (encrypted) version of your email address may be shared with Google. Google uses it to help us measure which of our ads led to your enquiry (this is known as Google Ads enhanced conversions). We do not share your email address in readable form for this purpose.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting and form processing, scheduling (Calendly), analytics and advertising (Google and Microsoft), email and CRM tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Our team members and affiliates, including our team in India, who need it to deliver our services to you.
Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
A buyer or successor if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

International transfers

Triple operates in the United States and India. Your information may be processed in either country, or wherever our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses of it. For privacy questions or to ask us to delete your data, email sales@gotriple.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or Calendly. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
